Made watches and world-light to work exactly like in CipSoft.
In ShadeCores, time and world light works exactly like it did in CipSoft's back in the day.
The time conversion in Tibia is as follows:
2.5 seconds = 1 Tibian minute.
2.5 minutes = 1 Tibian hour.
30 minutes = 12 Tibian hours.
1 hour = 24 Tibian hours.
In Tibia, it is considered to be Day from 06:00to 18:00, which corresponds to hh:15 to hh:45 in real life.
Consequently, it is Night from 18:00 to 06:00, which in real life means from hh:45 to hh:15.
When time passes 18:00 in Tibia (--:45 in real life) the game gets darker and darker until it's as darkest at 00:00 (--:00 in real life).
Then it becomes brighter and brighter until it's day again at 06:00 (--:15 in real life).
