In ShadeCores, we will never remove nor reset any accounts!
However unused characters are being cleaned up in a pace according to the characters level.
For a character to be automatically deleted it will have to been offline for level*30 days.
That means that for a level 1, it takes 30 days of being offline to get deleted.
For a level 12, it needs to be offline for a year.
For a level 50, it needs to be offline for over 4 years!
This means that you can safely retrie from ShadeCores, as long you return within a near future or at minimum login your character before the time runs up for it.
But if you're about level 12, login once a year to keep all your progress isn't that hard, right?
